Harshal Deshpande

Harshal Deshpande serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Peppermint Robotics since May 2020, with previous roles including Product Lead, Team Lead - Robotics, Senior Robotics Engineer, Robotics Engineer, and Robotics Intern. In addition to experience at Peppermint Robotics, Deshpande worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Nevada, Reno, focusing on motion planning for underground exploration under the supervision of Prof. Kostas Alexis. Deshpande also held the position of Teaching Head at the Electronics & Robotics Club, where an introductory robotics course was designed and taught. A summer internship at Smart I Access Control Solutions involved developing a Bluetooth Low Energy access controller. Harshal Deshpande holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed in December 2020.
