Niki Redwood

Niki’s goal is to support Peppermint’s growth and vision to become a leader in the legal technology market, enabling law firms and other legal services organisations to transform and grow. She is responsible for leading financial strategy and planning, financial management, accounting, control, and compliance.

Niki originally qualified with KPMG and is an FCA qualified, highly capable CFO with over 20 years’ financial and business management experience in private equity-backed organisations and an AIM listed public business. She joins Peppermint from her role as CFO at Microsoft partner Nasstar Plc, a leading managed service and cloud provider serving a range of industries, including many UK law firms.

Niki studied Mathematics at the University of Bath.
