Prior roles include Head Swim Coach and Aquatic Coordinator at the YMCA of Central Kentucky, where Matthew developed aquatic programs and improved swimmer techniques for ages 5-18. Additionally, Matthew has held various management positions at West Shore, Greystar, and EdR Collegiate Housing, focusing on financial performance and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Louisville.
