Dianah Njeri Igati

Dianah Njeri Igati serves as the Regional Head of Compliance-APAC and Company Secretary at Pepperstone since January 2024, overseeing regulatory compliance and AML/CFT risk across multiple jurisdictions, including ASIC, DFSA, SCB, and FSC. Dianah's prior experience includes roles as General Counsel, Chief Compliance & MLRO at Scope Markets Kenya, and Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer at EGM Securities. Dianah has contributed significantly to compliance frameworks, partnerships with regulatory authorities, and legal oversight in various capacities, including legal assistant at the Capital Markets Authority and program officer at the Children Rights Advocacy and Legal Aid Foundation. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Law from SOAS University of London and ongoing studies in the Qualifying Lawyer Transfer System at City St George’s, University of London, alongside certifications in secretarial and financial risk compliance.
