David Russ has extensive experience in network engineering and operations, currently serving as Manager of Network Engineering and Operations at Pepsi Bottling Ventures since February 2015, where previous roles included Senior Network Engineer and Network Engineer. Prior to this, David worked as a Network Specialist at the Employment Security Commission from February 2007 to February 2015 and held the position of Network Engineer at Verizon Business from September 2004 to January 2007. David's career began as a Network Analyst at ITS from 1995 to 2000. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Technology from Strayer University.
