Ponce Miguel Lopez

Ponce Miguel Lopez is a legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, procurement management, and legal practice. Currently serving as Director for Compliance and Investigations at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines Inc. since January 2024, Ponce also holds a faculty position at Ateneo School of Law since August 2023. Previously, Ponce was the Head of the City Procurement Management Office and a Lawyer for the City Government of Pasig from August 2021 to December 2023. Ponce's legal career includes roles as an Associate Lawyer at Romulo Mabanta Buenaventura Sayoc & De Los Angeles from June 2018 to July 2021 and as a Junior Associate at Cruz Marcelo & Tenefrancia from January 2017 to April 2018. Ponce began professional legal training as a Research Assistant at the Supreme Court of the Philippines in 2016. Ponce earned a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo Law School and a BA in Social Sciences with a focus on Economics and Political Science from the University of the Philippines Baguio.
