Alicia Santamans

Alicia Santamans is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at PepsiCo Mexico Foods, Alicia also holds the title of Senior Vice President for Latam Finance & Capabilities. Prior experience includes the role of Chief Financial Officer for Latam Health & Nutrition at RB and a succession of finance leadership roles at Diageo, including Chief Financial Officer for Mexico. Alicia's notable tenure at PepsiCo spans from July 2004 to July 2018, encompassing various senior roles in Latin America and Europe. Earlier professional experiences include serving as a Senior Associate and Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Alicia holds an MBA in Strategy from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
