Amber Benton

Amber Benton is the Vice President of Human Resources at Frito Lay, having previously served as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources within PepsiCo. Prior to PepsiCo, Amber worked at Johnson & Johnson as a Human Resources Manager, where they partnered with leadership to enhance employee relations and culture. Amber is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management in Human Resources at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
