Andy Noble is currently the Director of Service Management in People Operations at PepsiCo, a position they have held since 2024. With 35 years of work experience, including 25 years dedicated to HR and Finance Shared Services and BPOs, Andy led HR Operations & Systems at QIAGEN from 2016 to 2021. Previously, they also held various leadership roles at HP BPO and contributed as an HR Transition Manager and Global HR Operational Support Leader at EY Global Shared Services. Andy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Administration from Leeds Beckett University and a Master’s Degree (PGCE) from The University of Huddersfield.
