Ankit Parkar

Ankit Parkar is an accomplished professional in the field of technology and data analysis with a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, completed in 2022. Currently serving as a CTO Assistant Analyst at PepsiCo since July 2022, Ankit previously held the position of BIS Assistant Analyst. Ankit gained valuable experience as an intern at Eccentric Engine from December 2021 to February 2022 and demonstrated leadership skills as Project Head at ISA - VIT from May 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included managing multiple projects and developing database management systems and APIs to enhance employee productivity. Education was initiated at PACE Junior Science College from 2016 to 2018.
