Beverly Waters is a retired PepsiCo executive whose career spanned 30 years across various key roles, including R&D Process and Product Development Engineer, HR Diversity Manager, and HR Talent Acquisition. Beverly holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Tuskegee University and The Johns Hopkins University, respectively, along with an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Dallas. Prior to retirement, Beverly led significant teams in talent acquisition for Frito-Lay and Pepsi Beverages. Beverly currently enjoys traveling and supporting their young adult children as they pursue their dreams.
