Chrysa Sofra

Chrysa Sofra is currently the Chief of Staff for Northern Europe at PepsiCo, having previously held a managerial role at Bain & Company. Chrysa gained significant experience as an Engagement Manager at Strategy& and worked as a Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist at Herbalife, managing regulatory compliance across European markets. Chrysa holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Environmental Engineering and Business Management from Imperial College London, along with a top-tier diploma in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Early in their career, Chrysa interned at Boehringer Ingelheim in the Quality Control and Assurance department.
