Colton Prater

Colton Prater is a dedicated People Business Partner at PepsiCo, where they support Geo Commercial operations across Texas and Oklahoma. With a strong foundation in athletics, Colton served as Team Captain for Texas A&M Football, showcasing leadership and accountability. They earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Texas A&M University, building on their Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Pre-Law. Prior to their role at PepsiCo, Colton led teams in various capacities, including as a Team Lead at The Program, LLC, where they honed their ability to drive results through team performance and culture.
