Dan Kaufman has over 29 years of extensive experience in IT, culminating in a role as Director of IT at PepsiCo from January 1994 to July 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, System Architect, and Lead Engineer at MetLife, as well as Lead Engineer at EIS International. Dan began their academic journey at Rockland Community College, earning an AAS in Electrical Technology, followed by a BS in Math/Computer Science from Purchase College, SUNY.
