Devin O'Loughlin is a seasoned communications leader with a strong background in strategic change management and community building for culture-driven companies. They served as the Global Chief Communications & Inclusion Officer at RAPP from 2018 to 2020, where they played a pivotal role in developing communication strategies during organizational transformations and enhancing inclusion practices. Devin is currently a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership, and holds the position of Senior Manager, Global People Engagement Communications at PepsiCo, along with running North Node Consulting NJ. They earned a Master’s degree in Communications Practice from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Rider University.
