Feng Geng

Feng Geng is a leader in R&D and consumer product development, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at PepsiCo. With a strong background in organic chemistry and data science, Feng has held roles such as Medicinal Scientist at Southern Research and Research Fellow at International Flavors & Fragrances, where they led the Flavor Capsule Program. Feng is also an adjunct professor teaching Data Science at Texas Christian University and has published work on complex systems, including models for COVID-19 analysis. Feng earned an MBA from Rutgers, a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Michigan State University, and a Master of Science in Data Analytics from Northwestern University.
