Feng Geng is a leader in R&D and consumer product development, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at PepsiCo. With a strong background in organic chemistry and data science, Feng has held roles such as Medicinal Scientist at Southern Research and Research Fellow at International Flavors & Fragrances, where they led the Flavor Capsule Program.
