Having served in various key roles at PepsiCo from 2010 to the present, Fern has driven initiatives to enhance collaboration, optimize operational efficiency, and lead transformative technology strategies. Fern's leadership in global procurement and supply chain strategies helped manage over $20 billion in corporate spending while also pursuing digital transformation initiatives that deliver significant annual productivity gains. Currently, as CTO Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations, Fern leads a large global organization dedicated to providing exceptional IT services and innovative solutions. Fern is also involved with Chief, a network aimed at supporting women in executive positions, and has completed an Executive Certificate in Cybersecurity from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
