Hailey Latouf

Hailey Latouf is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Associate Manager for the GTM Transformation Project at PepsiCo, where employment commenced in January 2022 after progressing through various roles within the company. Prior to this position, Hailey gained valuable HR experience through internships at PepsiCo and The Autism Alliance of Michigan, significantly enhancing virtual talent sourcing programs and managing full-cycle recruiting processes. Additional experience includes roles at ProVisions, LLC as an Administrative Intern, as well as involvement in leadership and supervisory capacities within the Michigan State University Panhellenic Council and Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. Hailey earned a Master's in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University.
