Jaclyn Johnson

Jaclyn Johnson is currently the Vice President of Labor Relations at Pepsi Beverages, specializing in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations. They previously served as a Senior Human Resources Director at PepsiCo after holding various HR roles within the company, including HR Director and HR Associate Manager. Jaclyn’s early experience includes internships at Pro-Dive Inc and Frito Lay, as well as a Graduate Assistant position at the Office for University Relations. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Resources Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
