Jaffar Sadiq

Jaffar Sadiq is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, currently serving as the Director of People Experience and Operations at PepsiCo. In this role, Jaffar leads the design and management of HR systems that support a global workforce of more than 250,000 employees. Previously, Jaffar held various positions within PepsiCo, contributing to HR operations and data governance, and received a Star Performer award for excellence in payroll processing. Jaffar’s background also includes a role as Team Manager at Allsec Technologies, where they managed payroll for approximately 8,000 employees. Jaffar holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Alagappa University and a Bachelor of Commerce from The New College.
