Peggy R.

Peggy R. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Total Rewards at Mozilla since October 2023, Peggy oversees the development and execution of global compensation, benefits, and reward programs. Previously, Peggy held the position of Head of Global Total Rewards at Sysdig, where responsibility included developing compensation and benefits strategies in a pre-IPO environment. Peggy's career also includes leadership roles at Insperity as Director of Compensation Services, at NTT DATA Services as Senior Director of Global Compensation, and at Dell Technologies in various global compensation roles. Peggy began their career as a Compensation Manager at PepsiCo. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Southwestern University.
