Joanne Lim has extensive experience in engineering and quality management, primarily within the food industry. Beginning with co-op positions at Domtar and The Hershey Company, Joanne progressed to a significant role at PepsiCo - Frito Lay, serving from February 2001 to March 2006 as a Project Engineer and later as Senior Project and Sustainability Engineer. Joanne continued to excel at PepsiCo from June 2016 to April 2020 in various roles, including Supply Chain Strategy Manager, Global R&D Food Safety Senior Manager, and Director of Quality and Food Safety. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Ottawa, completed in 2000.
