Judith Johnston

Judith Johnston is currently the Senior Director of Strategy & Transformation at PepsiCo, where they drive sustainable change by collaborating with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Judith served as Head of Transformation and held various positions at KPMG Ireland and Aviva, including Associate Director in Management Consulting and the Finance Transformation Lead to the CFO. They have over 11 years of experience in large-scale turnarounds and change management, complemented by an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an Insolvency Diploma from the Law Society of Ireland.
