Kylie Lam is currently the Director of Global Food Innovation & Experience at PepsiCo Food Ventures, where they drive global food transformation and design innovative culinary experiences. Previously, Kylie worked at HelloFresh in various product innovation roles, leading product development and strategy across multiple brands. Their culinary journey began with a James Beard Foundation scholarship, studying at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and cooking in prestigious Michelin restaurants. Kylie also has experience in financial planning from their tenure at Google and investment analysis at Goldman Sachs. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College.
