Lupe Delacruz III

Lupe DeLaCruz III serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs & Corporate Citizenship at PepsiCo since 2005, overseeing public policy, government affairs, and community engagement across 23 states and U.S. territories in the western region. With a strong background in public policy, Lupe previously held the position of Senior Director of Government Affairs at PepsiCo, directing strategies for 19 states and representing a global portfolio of food and beverage brands. Prior experience includes roles at AARP, where responsibilities included managing advocacy campaigns and community initiatives, as well as serving as Senior Field Deputy for Congressman Esteban E. Torres. Earlier career stages included positions with the Peace Corps and Luna Bacardi Hispanic Marketing. Lupe holds a BA in Political Science from UCLA and is currently pursuing an Executive Education Certificate in Strategy Beyond Markets at Stanford University.
