Michael Eisenmenger

Michael Eisenmenger, Ph.D., is the Director of the Global Foods Advantaged Ingredient Science group at PepsiCo, where they lead efforts to reduce sodium, sugar, saturated fat, and artificial colors in food products. They also serve as the Chief Science Officer of Boozy Bites. Michael has held various significant roles in the food science sector, including positions at Schreiber Foods, ConAgra Foods, and the University of Florida. Michael earned a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Food Science from Oklahoma State University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the same institution.
