Michael Reynolds

Michael Reynolds serves as Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning at PepsiCo, where responsibilities include setting strategic direction for inventory management across a diverse portfolio, ensuring high fill rates for customer deliveries, and managing inventory levels. With extensive experience in supply chain roles, Michael has held several leadership positions including Integration Director and Senior Plant Manager, directing local plant strategy to meet customer needs and develop talent within the team.
