Nicolette McCahill

Nicolette McCahill has extensive experience in operations management at PepsiCo, where roles have included Site Manager, Zone Operations Manager, GES Department Manager, Division Industry Manager for Fritolay Repack, and New Grad Manufacturing Supervisor since September 2017. In these positions, Nicolette has overseen night shift manufacturing operations across four production lines and led a team of 50 technicians in partially automated processing and packaging departments. Prior experience includes a Manufacturing Co-op Student role at PepsiCo, a Process Support Co-op at Teck Resources Limited where a material speciation program was developed, and a Project Engineering Co-op at Westview Engineering Ltd focusing on production efficiency for oil production. Nicolette holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University, completed in 2017.
