Pol Codina

Pol Codina is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as General Director for PepsiCo South West Europe since November 2017. Codina has held various leadership positions at PepsiCo, including Vice President for Away from Home Europe and Country Manager for Portugal, alongside significant roles in sales and marketing in previous years. Prior experience includes serving as Sales Director for Converse Iberia at Nike and product marketing management at Bacardi. Codina is also an active member of Netmentora Catalunya since December 2020. Codina's educational background includes an Executive Education Program in General Management from The Wharton School and a Licentiate degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Additionally, Codina participated as an exchange student in International Economics at Linköping University.
