Rachel Ferdinando

Rachel Ferdinando is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent companies. Currently serving as President of PepsiCo Foods Canada since September 2017, Rachel has full P&L responsibility and oversight of multiple business functions for Frito Lay Canada and Quaker Canada. Prior to this, Rachel held various leadership positions at PepsiCo, including Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Frito-Lay North America, where responsibility encompassed a $16 billion division with a focus on driving market share and revenue growth. Rachel's career also includes significant roles at Kimberly-Clark, where responsibilities spanned global leadership for the Family Care sector, as well as a lengthy tenure at GSK encompassing various senior positions related to business management and marketing in the health sector. Rachel earned a BSc Hons in Chemistry from Imperial College London and a BSc in Organic Chemistry from ENSCBP Bordeaux, France.
