Sagy Aly-Eldeen is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with a strong background in production and demand planning. Sagy commenced a career at Easy Care, progressing from a Supply Planning Intern to a Demand & Supply Planner from September 2020 to June 2022. Sagy then took on the role of Senior Production Planner at Capgemini from June 2022 until July 2024, before transitioning to Canal Sugar as a Supply Planning Supervisor.
