Sergey Pyatakov

Sergey Pyatakov is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in dairy manufacturing. They held the position of Senior Operations Director at PepsiCo, where they managed 13 plants, over 300 SKUs, 3,600 employees, and a budget of $260 million. Previously, Sergey served as Head of Plant Production and Plant Director in the same company, overseeing significant production operations. Sergey also worked as a Plant Manager at Refined and Specialty Oils “Solnechnyie producty.” They hold a Master's degree in Technology with a focus on Dairy Production from Omsk State Agricultural University and a Management degree from The Open University Business School.
