Veronica Grisel Rojas

Veronica Grisel Rojas has significant experience in the field of research and development, particularly within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Global R&D Ingredients specialist at PepsiCo since January 2020, Veronica has previously held various roles at Danone, including positions in Purchasing and R&D from 2003 to 2005. At Sabritas, from March 2011 to March 2009, Veronica worked as an R&D Innovation Manager and Productivity Manager. Additionally, Veronica gained consultancy experience at Innovard from April 2009 to March 2011. Veronica holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Food Technology with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
