Jason Quinn has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jason began their career at Hewlett Packard in 1996 as a Product Solutions Engineer, where they oversaw product delivery and resolved escalations within Ireland. From 2004 to 2010, they worked at Ergo as a Managed Print Services Senior Technical Architect, responsible for delivering cost-effective print solutions, designing innovative solutions, and managing a team. Jason then moved on to become a Technical Solutions Manager, overseeing a team of consultants and project managers, and later became the General Manager of MPS Ireland & UK, determining business strategy and managing sales teams. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Ricoh Ireland, first as a Strategic Business Manager, overseeing a range of solutions and working closely with customers, and then as a Digital Services Manager, transforming offerings to meet the needs of the changing workplace. Currently, they are the Chief Customer Officer at PepTalk, where they focus on the importance of employee-manager and team relationships in shaping the daily experience.
