Mark Sutcliffe is the Global Head of Customer Success at PepTalk, having assumed the role in May 2024. Prior to this, Mark served as the Head of Operations and Program Manager at Kefron from July 2021 to May 2024. Mark's career began at Ergo, where significant roles included Support Manager in Customer Success and various management positions from March 2003 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes non-commissioned officer duties in the Irish Defence Forces from March 2003 to August 2012. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Dorset College Dublin, complemented by various professional training and education at institutions such as the Irish Management Institute and LBS Partners.
