Kim Bismark has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, Kim worked as a Student Partner at ABLE Services, Inc. and gained experience in student support. In 2014, Kim interned as a Human Resources Intern at Energy Development Corporation. From 2015 to 2017, Kim served as a Crisis Responder at the Department of Health Regional Office VII. Kim then transitioned into administrative roles, working as an Administrative Assistant at Flexibilis from 2016 to 2018 and as an Administrative Assistant at Own Body from 2017 to 2018. In 2016, Kim also worked as an Executive Assistant at Wallis Murphy-Munn Founder of Massage Yoga, a role that continued until 2020. Additionally, Kim had a position as a Writer at Biltmore Equity from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, Kim joined The Coaching Masters as an Administrative Support Specialist before assuming the role of Chief Organizer Guru at PepTalkHer, where Kim currently works.

Kim Bismark completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of the Philippines from 2011 to 2015. They then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Southern Philippines Foundation starting in 2017. The end year for their LLB degree is unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Kim Bismark obtained several certifications. They completed the "Initiating and Planning Projects" course from the University of California, Irvine on Coursera in September 2019. In September 2016, they obtained the Registered Psychometrician certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission. In October 2015, Kim Bismark obtained the Civil Service Eligibility certification from the Civil Service Commission.
