Giles Derry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk advisory and corporate finance. Currently serving as President of Risk Advisory and Governance and Risk at Kroll since December 2020, Giles also holds the position of Global Head of Expert Services. Concurrently, as an Honorary Member of PepTalks, the UK's leading peer-to-peer training provider for private equity-backed CEOs, Giles contributes valuable insights to fellow members. Previously, Giles was the CEO and Chief Operating Officer at Blackrock Expert Services Group, facilitating its growth until its rebranding as Kroll. A former Partner at Dunedin LLP, Giles successfully sourced and executed several deals and investments, and served as Chairman of the Corporate Finance Faculty at ICAEW, mentoring and guiding the executive team. Earlier in the career, Giles held key roles at Sandaire and Arthur Andersen, providing corporate finance advice and auditing services across various sectors.
