Julio Ruiz

Julio Ruiz is an experienced telecommunications and instrumentation specialist with a robust background in project leadership and construction supervision, currently leading telecommunications initiatives at PEQUIVEN since October 2018. At Petroquímica de Venezuela, S.A. since April 2006, Julio has taken on multiple roles, including Instrumentation and Control Project Leader, overseeing significant engineering projects such as the Sulphuric Acid Plant and the Maritime Terminal of PEQUIVEN. Prior experience includes supervising RF transmission systems at Movilnet and working in instrumentation and control systems at various companies, alongside a strong educational foundation in Information Technology Management and Electronic Engineering.
