Beth Underwood

Beth Underwood is an experienced operations manager currently working at Per Mar Security Services since March 2020. With a diverse background, Beth has served as a line dance instructor for students of varying ages, a barista at Caribou Coffee, and an online student mentor at Inver Hills Community College, where assistance was provided to a large number of online learners. Previous roles include a student worker at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and a floor supervisor at Treasure Island Resort and Casino, where operational knowledge was gained. Additionally, experiences as a receivables management representative at AT&T Wireless and front desk manager at Lifetime Fitness highlight leadership and training capabilities. Beth holds a BS in Human Resources Management and a Master’s Degree in Human Development from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, along with an A.S. in Business with a focus on HR from Inver Hills Community College.
