Tom Schutyser

Tom Schutyser is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in international business development. As the Founder and CEO of GLOBE & SEAS, a boutique advisory firm established in 2001, Tom focuses on delivering expertise through a global cultural perspective. Tom has also invested in MOOVLAB, which innovates in dynamic seating technology to combat sedentary work issues, and in Pera, a company enhancing talent investment through language pattern analysis. Previously, Tom held leadership positions at BenCham in Shanghai from 2013 to 2016, contributed to the "Caravanserai" documentary photography project as an International Affairs Researcher and Publisher, and served in various roles across sales and engineering in companies like Barco and DEME Group. Tom holds a Master's degree in Business Economics & Strategy from KU Leuven and has furthered education at Universitat de Barcelona.
