Cory Hughes

Cory Hughes is currently the Director of Strategic Design at Perago, where Cory leads a team focused on solving challenges in public services, education, and climate change. Cory also serves as the Lead Instructor for Service Design and UX+UI at Experience Haus. As the Board Chair of Mental Health Swims, Cory works to combat mental health stigma through community and cold water activities. With a background in digital transformation and strategy, Cory has held leadership roles at various companies such as Historic Environment Scotland, Inside Edge, Great State, and Precedent. Cory's expertise lies in digital strategy, UX research, service and product design, and Cory has a strong track record of driving growth and innovation in the organizations Cory has been a part of.
