Kristi Ritch

Kristi Ritch has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Kristi began their career in 1979 as a Customer Support Analyst at McKesson Health Solutions, where they held various positions and progressed through increasingly more challenging roles and responsibilities in product support, technical and application implementation, product management and marketing, and sales/sales support. In 1999, they joined ACS Healthcare Solutions as a Business Developer/Management and Application Consultant, and then moved to iXL as a Client Partner, Manager of Project Management. Kristi then joined Physcape as Manager of Customer Service and Project Management, and Premier, Inc. as a Sr. Web Consultant, Product Manager. From 2005 to 2016, they were with Influence Health (formerly MEDSEEK) as a Sr. eHealth Consultant, Executive Program Director, and Executive Program Manager. In 2016, they joined The University of Vermont Health Network - Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital as an Account Executive, and Carilion Clinic in the same role. Since 2019, they have been with PeraHealth, Inc. as Vice President of Product Management, Contracts and Compliance.

Kristi Ritch received their MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2004, and their Bachelor of Science (BS) from Clemson University in 1979. Kristi also holds two certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the Management and Strategy Institute (obtained in April 2015) and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSS Fundamentals) from The Mountain Home Institute (obtained in 2015).
