Godfrey Santos

Godfrey Santos is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Head of Customer Experience at PETNET Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Godfrey held the title of Director of Business Consulting, Customer Experience at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services from June 2018 to March 2022, and was a Senior Marketing Officer at INQUIRER MOBILE from April 2016 to May 2018. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Brand Associate at R2 Group of Companies and Marketing Executive at FAME, Inc. & Fahrenheit Marketing Communications. Earlier career stages included internships as a PR Associate at ABS-CBN Corporation and Project Coordinator at the National Commission for Culture and Arts.
