Tracy Qu, Qu Tong

Tracy Qu, Qu Tong has over 17 years of work experience. Tracy Qu, began their career in 2003 as an IPQA Leader/QA Supervisor for \u4ec1\u5b9d. In this role, they worked with the PE/MFG/PC team to achieve production yield rate and continuously improve the Product quality. Tracy Qu, also audited the quality status of trial run and dealt with customers' complains to achieve VLRR and DOA targets.

In 2007, Tracy Qu, Qu Tong joined MFLEX Suzhou Co. Ltd. as a Sourcing Manager. In this role, they led and managed the sourcing team to negotiate with suppliers for best possible material cost, payment term, quality and leadtime, and pushed for continue cost reduction. Tracy Qu, also sourced, selected and maintained MFLEX's preferred supplier base and led the Sourcing team to develop partnership and Supply Chain solution (JIT, VMI, ) with key suppliers. Additionally, they served for Canada Customer account and Taiwan Customer account, including product quality assurance and customer complaint dealing.

Since 2017, Tracy Qu, Qu Tong has been working as Manager, Quality and Supplier Chain for Peratech Holdco Limited. In this role, they are fully in charge of the Global Supplier Chain and Quality Management. Tracy Qu, dedicates their time to the management of Manufactory Partner, including new supplier developing, qualification, RFQ, forecast, PO and shipment, consign material inventory control, routine quality issue, etc. Tracy Qu, also handles routine DM, IDM, MRO and NPP purchasing management.

Tracy Qu and Qu Tong both completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from China University of Mining and Technology between 1999 and 2003. Following that, they both earned their Master of Business Administration from Shanghai University between 2009 and 2011, with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
