Chip Clark is an accomplished Systems Engineer with extensive experience in managing projects for US Navy helicopter programs. Currently at Peraton since August 2017, Chip oversees long-range planning and analysis. Previously, Chip held the position of Associate Principal Systems Engineer at Harris Corporation from October 2008 to August 2017, where similar project management responsibilities were executed. In an earlier role as Deputy Program Manager at Penn State University, Chip led the requirements generation process for a US Navy R&D program. Chip's career began at NAVAIR, where, from June 1991 to January 2008, Chip led a cross-functional team on a major Aviation Propulsion & Power Systems program, focusing on engineering risk assessment. Chip holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, complemented by advanced training from the Defense Systems Management College.
