David Flickinger

David Flickinger is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both military and federal sectors. Currently serving as Red Team Lead at Peraton since October 2022, David develops and executes red team engagement plans to evaluate security risks for a large federal agency, leading a team of experts in simulated attack scenarios. Previously, from June 2012 to October 2022, David held various positions in the US Army, including Red Team Leader, where responsibilities included coordinating cyber exploitation and physical access teams, and Information Systems Security Manager, overseeing information assurance efforts. David also provided strategic cybersecurity guidance as the Cybersecurity Assistant Manager and held key operational roles as an Infantry Plans Officer, Executive Officer, and Platoon Leader. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Web Technology and Design from Liberty University in 2012.
