Kevin Meiners

Meiners joined the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) in July 2013 as Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Enterprise Capacity. Reporting to the Director of National Intelligence, Meiners was responsible for all matters pertaining to resources, workforce, systems, technology and infrastructure within the Intelligence Community. Prior to his service to the ODNI, Meiners served as Deputy Undersecretary of Defense (DUSD) for Portfolios, Programs, and Resources in the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD(I)) and in a variety of leadership positions within the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense where he focused on advanced unmanned and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems.
