With 21 years of experience at the National Security Agency and 6 years in the U.S. Navy, Leanne has held various roles, including Chief of Staff and U.S. SOCOM Liaison Officer, demonstrating a commitment to operational excellence and people-first leadership. Leanne is an ICF Certified Executive and Team Coach and is pursuing the SHRM-SCP certification to enhance their HR strategy expertise.
