Lee Lam is a Systems Analyst with over twenty years of extensive IT support experience, currently serving at Peraton since April 2021, supporting the HX5/GEARS contract at NASA's John Glenn Research Center. Previous positions include System Analyst roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Vantage Partners LLC, as well as a long tenure at HP as a Systems Administrator. Lee possesses strong competencies in technical support, extensive desktop and server administration, and remote support technologies. A demonstrated leader at the NASA John Glenn Research Center, Lee has contributed to network upgrades and provided substantial technical assistance to the Engineering Directorate. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Baldwin Wallace University, where earlier academic engagement also took place as a student assistant.
