Tom M. is a business development and capture leader with over 25 years of experience in the acquisition and delivery lifecycle across federal agencies. They have held leadership roles at organizations such as Northrop Grumman and Peraton, where they managed capture efforts and led teams focused on health IT and citizen security sectors. Tom is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at the University of Dayton and a Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at The George Washington University. They are passionate about helping organizations grow and mentoring others in their professional development.
